The Cookie Girl Story

The Cookie Girl was somewhat founded by accident in 2023. Founded by way of bodybuilding, (ironically). The Cookie Girl now makes and ships some of the most decadent cookies the nation has ever seen. We don't just make cookies, we make an entire dessert experience. The cookies start with a perfected dough base and are Stuft full of a variety of fillings from Oreo truffles, S'mores, brownies & more.

In 2019, owner/baker Casie Morris entered into the world of competitive bodybuilding. When travelling to regional shows as a spectator, she noticed one thing in common: all of the athletes would indulge in these HUGE cookie/brownie dessert concoctions after their shows. She tried a few, a few from local shows and vendors, and a few from around the country. Casie found herself disappointed in almost every option she tried and thought she could make a better version.

And so she did. 

Never with the intention to bake and sell, Casie made dozens of these giant, stuffed cookies, in 4 basic flavors. They were a hit for holidays, made great gifts for some local competitors, and were requested every once in a while by her kids and family. But, the idea of a business didn't come for almost another 3 years.

After a serious back injury during pregnancy, Casie had to quit her lifetime career as a fitness coach in 2021. April 1, 2021 Casie welcomed her daughter, Journey, to her family. Journey was diagnosed with CHD, congenital heart disease/defect, at her 20 week ultrasound. At 8 weeks of life, Journey was admitted to the Cincinnati Children's Hospital where she underwent multiple life saving surgeries. After a lengthy stay in the hospital, Journey was finally sent home but still awaits another open heart surgery. 

Needing a way to stay connected with her longtime fitness clients, Casie began meal prepping for them. This worked well for quite some time, but Casie found herself missing something. She was looking for something just a little bit more. 

In January 2023, Casie received a request to come up with new flavors and bake some of her famous giant stuffed cookies. . . and her oven hasn't stopped baking since! Orders began with just a shout on Facebook to see if there was interest in trying some cookies, and within days The Cookie Girl Cookies were being shipped to every corner of the nation! Our next step is to partake in local vendor events to help get our name out even further, and then we have hopes of partnering with a local store or restaurant to sell our cookies and even bigger dreams of opening our own location (and dare we say more?!).

We are so grateful that you're here, that we're here. We've been blessed and showered with so much LOVE, that it only makes sense that our cookies are STUFT full of LOVE, too!
